RoseASP, a provider of hosted Microsoft Dynamics solutions, announced on Tuesday that its sister company Rose Business Solutions has been acquired by Armanino LLP.
According to the announcement, the sale of its sister company allows RoseASP to focus on delivering hosted and cloud SaaS solutions to Microsoft Dynamics Partners and customers.
Rose Business Solutions Microsoft Dynamics GP practice has been merged with Armanino, an accounting and consulting firm in California. Armanino is a Gold Certified Microsoft Dynamics ERP/CRM partner and a Silver Certified Microsoft BI partner, and provides Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365 support.
“After 23 years of being a Value Added Reseller, we are pleased to have found a strong Microsoft Dynamics GP reseller who shares the same core values as we do at Rose Business Solutions,” Linda Rose, CEO of RoseASP said. “I am most passionate about hosting and cloud solutions, and by selling our Dynamics ERP practice, I will be able to devote 100 percent of my attention to providing an even higher level of quality hosting services. Our infrastructure and support team, as always, will remain certified on Dynamics and will continue to provide outstanding product knowledge and service to our customers.”
Launched in 2000, RoseASP has a focus on companies that require compliance with SOX and FDA CFR Part 11 requirements. It offers hosting of Microsoft Dynamics GP and NAV on Windows Azure.
Last year, Project Hosts made its SaaS solutions (Microsoft PPM, SharePoint and Dynamics CRM) available on Windows Azure after meeting the necessary security assessments.
RoseASP also manages myGPcloud and goERPcloud, two SaaS solutions featuring Dynamics AX, GP, NAV, SL and CRM solutions.
Microsoft said that strong customer adoption of Office 365, Azure and Dynamics CRM is helping grow revenue in its enterprise cloud division.
